At Windmill Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't hit the right note, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, mint condition with all included packaging and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and hangtags are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Instrument
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing our insured shipping service for high-value instruments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
